Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
This position will be responsible for floor plan/design development, bidding out the projects, creating and monitoring the budgets, tracking and reporting progress, while maintaining a focus on compliance requirements.ĮSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following: The Project Manager will be responsible for the development of new residential / commercial buildings and managing any construction work required for existing centers. In the performance of this function, it is the Project Manager’s responsibility to protect and promote company interests in all matters and to do whatever is reasonably necessary to execute his/her duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following. The project manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all construction projects and will be responsible for supervising Superintendents. It is also his/her responsibility to serve as the company representative on the Owner - Architect - Builder team and to maintain positive relationships. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to organize, supervise and coordinate the project in order to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified.
